Privacy Policy

Effective June 13, 2026

1. Overview

This policy explains what information Kallit OC ("Kallit," "we," "us") collects, how we use it, and your choices. Kallit is operated by Monson Development, a sole proprietorship owned by Chad Monson, in Arizona, United States. By using Kallit, you agree to this policy.

2. Information we collect

Account information: your name, email address, and password (stored securely, hashed) when you create an account.

Payment information: when you subscribe, payment is processed by Stripe. We do not see or store your full card number; Stripe handles card data directly. We store a Stripe customer identifier and your subscription status.

Content you create:the playbooks, plays, formations, tags, schemes, notes, gameplans, and any roster or player information you choose to enter ("Your Content").

Usage and technical data: basic logs and technical information (such as IP address and browser type) generated when you use the service, used to operate, secure, and improve it.

3. How we use your information

We use your information to: provide and operate the service; process your subscription and payments; respond to support requests; secure the service and prevent abuse; and improve Kallit. We do not sell your personal information, and we do not use Your Content to advertise to you.

4. Player and roster data; minors

Kallit is a coaching tool, and Your Content may include information about players, some of whom may be minors. You are responsible for ensuring you have the appropriate authority and any required consents to enter player information, and for complying with your organization's and your jurisdiction's rules regarding student and minor data. We do not knowingly collect personal information directly from children, and Kallit is not directed to children; accounts are for coaches and other adults. We treat any player information you enter as confidential Content, store it securely, and use it only to provide the service to you. If you believe a minor has created an account or that we hold minor data that should be removed, contact us and we will address it promptly.

5. How we store and protect your data

Your data is stored using industry-standard providers (see Service providers below) with encryption in transit. We restrict access to your data and take reasonable measures to protect it. No method of transmission or storage is perfectly secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

6. Service providers (subprocessors)

We rely on trusted third parties to run Kallit, who process data only to provide their services to us:

Supabase — database and authentication (stores your account and Your Content).
Stripe — payment processing and subscription billing.
Vercel — application hosting and delivery.

Each provider maintains its own security and privacy practices.

7. Your content belongs to you

You own Your Content. We access it only to operate the service for you, to provide support at your request, or as required by law. You can export or delete Your Content, and you may request deletion of your account and associated data.

8. Data retention

We keep your account and Your Content for as long as your account is active. If you cancel or request deletion, we will delete or de-identify your data within a reasonable period, except where we must retain certain records (for example, billing records) to comply with legal obligations.

9. Your rights

Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or export your personal information, and to object to or restrict certain processing. To exercise these rights, contact us at the email below and we will respond as required by applicable law.

10. Cookies and sessions

We use cookies and similar technologies that are necessary to keep you logged in and to operate the service. We do not use them for third-party advertising.

11. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. We will update the effective date and, for material changes, take reasonable steps to notify you. Continued use after changes take effect means you accept the updated policy.
